ORDER
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received it, here's what you can do:
- First, verify that the email address provided is correct.
- If the email address is accurate, check the "Promotions" tab if you're using Gmail, or look in the Spam or Junk folder.
- If it's not in the aforementioned locations, consider waiting a few hours as delays can occur.
- Finally, if you've tried all the above and still haven't received an email, please contact our customer service at support@nordecollection.com to verify if your order was processed.
There are several reasons why tracking information might not be available:
- If the order has recently been shipped, please allow 5-7 days following your shipment notification email for tracking updates to become available. It can take some shippers up to 24 hours to update your tracking information.
- If the tracking number is incorrect, ensure it has been entered correctly. When copying and pasting the numbers, verify that no extra characters, including spaces, have been included before or after the numbers.
To track your order, follow these steps:
- Locate the shipment notification email we sent you and click on the provided tracking number. This will open a new tab where you should enter the tracking number and then click "Track Package."
- Alternatively, you can use the "Track My Package" link located at the bottom of the Footer Menu on our website and input your tracking number there.
Products in our store originate from various warehouses. If your order includes multiple items, it's likely that you will receive them in separate packages and on different days.
This is very unlikely to happen in our website, because countries to which we do not ship cannot proceed to checkout.
SHIPPING
Certainly, you may cancel your order. However, once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. For details on where to send a cancellation request or steps to take if the order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the "Cancellation" section of our Shipping Policy.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours. However, this timeframe may vary during peak seasons. During such periods, please expect a processing time of 3-5 business days.
We're expanding to offer worldwide shipping! Currently, our shipping is limited to Canada and the United States.

Once your order has been processed, the standard shipping duration is 15-30 business days. However, depending on your location, your order may arrive before the anticipated delivery date.
After your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Kindly wait for 5-7 business days for the tracking details to be reflected in our system.
